My Responsibilities

I directly supervise and facilitate the development of a team of 9 Resident Assistants to ensure sound operation of the residence halls and facilitation of programs and events, including but not limited to, community service programs, environmental sustainability programs, residence hall leadership programs, and international student engagement programs. I constructively manage personnel issues and conflicts, respond to job-related issues, and recommend appropriate solutions for the team. In addition, I assist the Complex Coordinator in implementing major departmental initiatives related to Office of Residence Life strategic plan and program plans.
