HOW TO REQUEST AN OFFICIAL
COPY OF YOUR TRANSCRIPT FROM THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE
To
request an official transcript, log onto your UDSIS account and select the "Request Official Transcript" link under "Forms". Select the option to "Order or track a Transcript" (5th option) and review the information on that page. Transcripts can be ordered and tracked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a valid credit card. If you do not know your login information to UDSIS, you can still request your transcript by going to www.getmytranscript.com.
Official transcripts mailed directly to the student are stamped "Official Transcript Issued
to Student."
We can not fax you a copy of your transcript since University
policy prohibits this due to security, data transmission, and
privacy considerations.
Upon receipt of the completed request, official transcripts
are normally mailed within 2 business days. Processing of your official
transcript request may vary due to circumstances beyond our
control. The Transcript Department of your Registrar's Office
makes every effort to speed these important documents to your
intended recipients.
Note: No transcript will be furnished to any student
whose financial obligations to the University have not been met.
Specific transcript request information can be obtained during
normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Voice mail message
service is also available for after-hour inquiries. Please
call (302) 831-1289 for information concerning OFFICIAL University
of Delaware transcript requests.
UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS (STUDENT COPY)
Students may print their own unofficial transcript using the option in UDSIS Student Center.
After accessing the UDSIS Student Center, click on the "View Unoffical Transcript" link located under Academic History in the left-hand column. Once the transcript is displayed on the screen, use the web browser's "PRINT" function to print a copy.
