2012 Spring Graduates:   Degree Verification for the Spring 2012 semester will be available after June 18, 2012.
Fall Students:   Verification of Enrollment for the upcoming Fall 2012 semester will NOT be available before August 6, 2012.

  • To request an Official transcript,
    • Login to your UDSIS account.
    • Select Official Transcript under "Academics". You will be directed to the National Student Clearinghouse website.
    • Select the option to Order or track a Transcript and review the information on that page.
    • Two of the special options you may request are:
      • After Degree is awarded:  Please add 15 working days after commencement for degrees to be posted. Winter Session degrees are posted by the end of February and Summer Session degrees are posted by the end of August.
      • After Grades are posted:  Semester grades are not posted to official trancripts until all grades are received for all students, even though the grades may be viewable on the unofficial trancripts in UDSIS. Please allow 5 working days after the last day of final exams for grades to be posted to official transcripts. Summer session grades are not posted until August 20th.
    • Transcripts can be ordered and tracked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will need a valid major credit card, your email account and your signed consent. Your credit card is charged when the transcript is sent.
  • If you do not know your login information to UDSIS, you can still request your transcript by going to www.getmytranscript.com.

  • Forms to accompany transcripts are not normally accepted as they cause significant delays. Check with the requesting institution to verify if they MUST have a form. Usually it is not necessary. If the requesting institution will not accept the transcript without a form, you may send the form to UD. Be sure to use special instructions to notify Transcript staff to hold for a form. Please note that sending a form with your transcript may delay transcript processing up to one week.

  • Official transcripts mailed directly to the student are stamped Official Transcript Issued to Student.

  • We cannot fax you a copy of your transcript. University policy prohibits this due to security, data transmission, and privacy considerations.

  • If picking up a transcript in-person (UVC-Registrar's Office), photo identifications will be required. Individuals authorizing a third party to pick up a transcript on their behalf must write a letter authorizing the release of the transcript(s) to the individual picking up the transcript.

  • Transcripts are normally mailed within 3 business days once your order has been received in the Transcript Department of the Registrar's Office. During the period of recording grades and other peak periods, processing of your official transcript request may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. The Transcript Department makes every effort to speed these important documents to your intended recipients.

  • Note: NO transcript will be furnished to any student whose financial obligations to the University have not been met.
