Entering Required emergency contact (including cell phone) information

Note:  All students must have current Emergency contact information in UDSIS, including cell phone numbers.  Students are encouraged to check and update their Personal Information regularly.

 

Emergency Contact Person

Ø      Click on UDSIS at the top of the UD Home page: www.udel.edu

Ø      Enter your UDelNet ID or UD ID# information

Ø      On the Student Center page Click on Emergency Contact under the Personal Information Heading. Note: Most personal information can be updated from this page.

Ø      Add or edit Emergency Contact information and Primary Contact information.

1.    Add name of contact (Required)

2.    select relationship option (Required)

3.    indicate address (either same as Individual or click on Edit Address) (Strongly encouraged)

4.    Add 24 hour phone # (Required)

5.    Add any other relevant contact phone types and numbers for this person.

6.    Click on Save (if you do not do this, you will lose any new information).

7.    Click on Return to Emergency Contacts to add or change other information.  Click on Home (on the Emergency Contacts page) to return to Personal Information.

 

Cell Phone numbers

Ø      From Personal Information, click on Phone Numbers. 

Ø      Click on Add a Phone Number if you do not already have a cellular phone listed.

  1. Pick Cellular from the options
  2. Input Telephone number without formatting (It will do it for you when you Save)
  3. You do not need to change Preferred number.
  4. Click on Save (if you do not do this, you will lose any new information).
  5. Click on Home to return to Personal Information.
