Experimental Course Description Form for FALL and SPRING

Use this form to submit course descriptions for experimental(X67) courses, or for topics and seminar courses. These course descriptions will be available on the Registrar's Web Page.

PLEASE SUBMIT ANY NEW X67 OR TOPICS/SEMINAR COURSE NUMBERS AND TITLES, 30 CHARACTERS, ALL CAPS(MATH 567 FOUNDATIONS OF MATHEMATICS) TO: sandym@udel.edu or to sstanley@udel.edu. Previously offered course titles should already appear under Course Topic in UDSIS Schedule of Classes.

Please send Winter and Summer Session experimental course descriptions to Al Fanjoy.

ONLY THE PRIMARY DEPARTMENT SHOULD SUBMIT A COURSE DESCRIPTION FORM. IF YOUR COURSE IS CROSS-LISTED, AND YOU ARE NOT THE PRIMARY DEPARTMENT, PLEASE HAVE THE APPROPRIATE contact person SUBMIT THE COURSE DESCRIPTION FORM.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: When adding or updating SEMINAR courses for FALL or SPRING, log into UDSIS and select "Curriculum Management> Schedule of Classes> Maintain Schedule of Classes" from the menu on the left. On the "Basic Data" tab, choose your Course Topic ID in the "Class topic" area; then on the "Notes" tab, enter Note Number 162 in the "Class Notes" area and select "Save".

Description:   (45 words or less.) Please limit your descriptions to approximately 45-50 words. Longer descriptions will be edited or will be returned. You'll be asked to re-submit a shorter version. Limit the description to course content, not materials used or students assignments.
Prereq:  

Include course ID (Subj/Number), not course title, for prerequisites under comments.

Please DO NOT include meeting days/times, credits, instructor names, etc... on this form. This form is only for Course ID, subject, section, title, term and description. Thank you.
