Equipment Rental Policies

Renting Equipment
You may reserve equipment as early as one month prior, but no later than three (3) business days in advance. Please check the availability of equipment at the CSB cashier's window, or by calling 831- 8614.

You will be asked to fill out a reservation form at the CSB cashier's window.

Payment must be made Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am and 8pm (school year), or 8am - 4 pm (during summer term), at the CSB cashier's window. Payment may take place in advance of your pick up date. Advance payment is required for equipment pickup outside of these regular business hours.

General Policies

- You must reserve your equipment a minimum of three (3) business days in advance.

-Only UD students and employees may rent this equipment.

-Reservations may be made up to one month in advance but no later than three days in advance.

-Rental cancellations not made at least 24 hours in advance will be charged.

-Rental fees may be paid at the CSB cashier window between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday during the school year; 8:00 am - 4:00 pm during summer term.

-Fines will be assessed for late returns, dirty, missing or damaged equipment.

- Equipment must be returned by 4:00 pm, on the agreed upon return date, to the CSB equipment desk. All equipment must be dry and free of dirt, grime, etc. Cooking gear must be washed. Tents should be shaken out and dried if possible.
