Club Sports

The Sport Club Office requires certain forms, workshops, and training meetings in order for student organiztions to manage and operate their programs most efficiently. For questions about any of these requirments, vist or write Catherine Chanoine

 

Required Meetings

Welcome Back Meeting and Educational Series # 4 - Feb. 15th @ 6pm in the Auditorium at the Bob Carpenter Center (S. Campus)

New Treasurers Training - Feb. 20th @ 6pm, Conference Room at Carpenter Sports Building (aka CSB or Little Bob)

Year End Meeting - Apr. 18th @ 6pm, Auditorium at the Bob Carpenter Center

Educational Series (Club must be represented at atleast 2)

Feb. 26th Great Teams – 3:30-8:30pm, Trabant MPR (Counts for entire requirement) Identifying individual leadership qualities and building successful teams

March 5th: Marketing your Leadership Skills – 5-6:30pm, Perkins Gallery How to write a resume and connect your future goals with your current leadership experience

March 14th: Go Fish! – 5-6:30pm, Perkins Gallery Building a group of peers into a team and directing them

March 21st: Safe Spring Break – 6:30pm, GOR 114

April 5th: Motivation and Influence – 5-7pm, Trabant Theatre Strategies and ideas for encouraging and motivating groups

April 11th: Transitioning your Organization – 5-7pm, Perkins GallerySuccessfully transitioning leaders can keep the momentum in your organization going into next year

September 12 - Budgets for 2011-2012 Due

September 30 - Rosters and all Forms (Fall Sports)

October 14 - Rosters and all Forms (Winter Sports)

November 1 - Rosters and all Forms (Spring Sports)

December 1 - Rosters and all Forms (Synchronized Skating)

February 22 - Roster Updates Due

May 1 - All Club Renewal and Reimbursement Paperwork Due - Clubs are expected to do this no later than 2 weeks after the end of their season or by this date.
