| Team
Captains or Individuals should bring the complete registration form to the IM
Office (134 CSB) during the above |
|
| registration
dates. Registration is accepted when
the IM Office is open. You will take
the IM Stamped registration form and |
|
| the
Forfeit BOND ($50 for teams payable by cash, check or FLEX) to the CSB
Cashier Office. Bonds are due by 12 noon on |
|
| the day of the
Captains Meeting. (There is a $10 late
payment for bonds paid after 12 noon. Teams also risk being removed.) |
|
| Registration
is taken on a first come basis (spots are limited.) Teams will pick game times at the captain's
meeting in order |
|
| of
registration (i.e. team that registers first gets the first pick of game
times.) The Registration form is
downloadable online. |
