The Independence Fitness Center (IFC) is located on North Campus on the bottom floor of Independence Hall. This facility is relatively new and equipped with Cybex ARC Trainers, True Stationary Bikes, Expresso Virtual Bikes, and Woodway Treadmills. IFC also has a complete line of Strive selectorized strength training equipment, Hammer Strength Olympic benches/racks, a Life Fitness cable cross, and complete set of Iron Grip dumbbells. Come check it out!!!
Reminder: Full T-shirts are required for the hygiene and ambiance of the facilities.
