The Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and International Programs has oversight of the Office of Educational Assessment, Special Sessions, and the Faculty Senate. The Vice Provost is the convener of the Assistant and Associate Deans Council and coordinates multiple University-wide academic committees and functions including the Provost Advisory Council, Permanent Status Program Reviews and chairs and faculty workshops. The Vice Provost coordinates the University's Academic Program Review process, and University-wide academic planning and assessment. In addition, the Vice Provost coordinates articulation agreements with other institutions, including the Delaware Transfer of Credit Matrix and the Academic Common Market. The Vice Provost also co-chairs the Academic and Student Affairs Council and participates in the President's Deans Council, Provost Executive Committee, Chairs' Caucus Steering Committee, Faculty Senate Executive Committee, and the Faculty Mentoring Initiative.
