The Action Steps summarized on these pages were developed by the leadership of the University's individual colleges and administrative units and align with the milestones of the overall Path to Prominence™ Strategic Plan. The intent of these Action Steps and Progress Updates is to communicate, in an open, transparent manner, progress on implementation of strategic initiatives. This listing is not exhaustive of all individual college and unit action steps, but provides examples of how the University's Path to Prominence is being applied to the priorities of colleges and other units and how it is being implemented. For further details on individual college and unit strategic plans, please visit their individual web pages which can be found at www.udel.edu/prominence/strategicplans. Action Steps and progress to implement the University's strategic plan will be updated and posted to the web site each Spring and Fall semester by college and administrative units.
