Equipment Relocation Form Offline

Asset Management (including Space and Equipment) has been reassigned to General Accounting.  Please contact Karen Brown at ext. 8951.

The Equipment Relocation Form in EZForms has been taken offline while the new Asset Management System is being implemented. Once the implementation is complete, a new WebForm will be available. Until then, please direct questions to asset-mgt@udel.edu or (302) 831-8951.
