Policy change in effect for new Egencia accounts

Effective 10/20/2010, anyone requesting a new UD Egencia account (profile) will be required to have that account approved by UD's Travel Manager prior to purchasing travel on Egencia for the first time. After you enter your profile information, Egencia will notify the UD Travel Manager of your request. The UD Travel Manager must then approve the request before you will able to purchase travel through the site.

Once your access has been approved, you will receive a Welcome email containing your username and temporary password. Please allow sufficient time for the approval process (3 days) prior to purchasing tickets.
