All UD cardholders — Notice concerning out-of-pocket expenses:

Work continues between the University of Delaware and Bank of America to integrate additional functionality into the WORKS application for reimbursable, out-of-pocket expenses. An announcement will be made when the integration is complete. Until then, employees are to continue using the current BER (Business Expense Request) webform to request reimbursement for authorized travel/entertainment-related expenses that cannot be charged to the T&E Card.
