To identify and recognize an outstanding performer within the HR Liaison community for preceding quarter.
Open to all HR Liaisons employed by the University of Delaware. HR Liaisons are eligible once every other year.
Completes all HR forms accurately and submits all required backup. Displays outstanding customer service and is knowledgeable of policies and procedures. Attends HR training classes and demonstrates a willingness to transfer knowledge within the unit.
Recommendations may be initiated by: self-nomination, coworkers, supervisors, HR Support Team, unit managers or Payroll and Systems Administration. Written recommendations are submitted via email and should include why the person is being nominated and the reasons to support the nomination. This information should be submitted to the HR Support Team who will review and forward to HR Executive Committee. The HR Executive Committee will make the final decision.
Payroll and Systems Administration will notify recipient of award and will inform the HR Support Team contact simultaneously. An award certificate will be presented at the semi-annual HR Liaison meetings acknowledging the Liaison of the quarter. A gift will be sent to the recipient’s office.
