Instructions for use

This Flash Element is a little bit tricky to use. In addition to the extension, you will need a copy of the sample xml file, as well as the Dreamweaver javascript file AC_RunActiveContent.js. Dreamweaver will automatically place a copy of the javascript into your site's Script folder when you deploy the Flash Element, however, you will need to create and edit a copy of the xml file for yourself. The xml file should be located in the same folder as the html containing the Element.

Unfortunately, it does not end there. To force your html page to adjust the size of the quiz as necessary, it must be placed in a div named truefalse, which much contain the <script> tag used in this example. In addition, the swf parameter scaleMode must be set to "noscale". In short, your best bet is to use this sample page pretty much as is, and put the content you want around the existing truefalse div. You will still need to install the Flash Element to take advantage of the opportunity to customize the color scheme.
