Introducing the Student Multimedia Design Center
The Student Multimedia Design Center (SMDC) is located in the Lower Level of the University of Delaware Morris Library and is scheduled to open for the start of the spring 2007 semester. This new facility incorporates the existing Computing Site and Microforms and Copy Services. Designed to foster collaboration, the SMDC is comprised of 2 classrooms, 6 studios, and clusters of computers available throughout an open area which surrounds a central service desk from which a wide variety of multimedia peripherals may be borrowed.
