Faculty invited to enter Games and Simulations contest

Each year, PRESENT awards development time for the best online game or simulation proposal submitted by a faculty member. Here is your chance to design interactive web content that targets your most difficult teaching challenges. Interactive web content such as a game or simulation can provide students with immediate feedback, a multi-sensory learning environment, and an opportunity to learn by doing. Our talented staff can help turn your most ambitious ideas into reality. Development of the winning submission is scheduled to take place during the winter session, to provide maximum opportunity for the winner to interact with our development team.

Session offered for "Understanding Office 2007"

Posted October 25, 2007 "Understanding Office 2007" will present an overview of the Office 2007 suite with an emphasis on understanding the changes in the user interface and compatibility issues with the new file formats. It will not cover how to use individual Office applications; however, other sessions are available for learning to use Word 2007, Excel 2007 and Access 2007.
