Make A Gift

A Horizontal Rule

We would like to thank very much our alumni and friends who have supported the Department of Political Science and International Relations with generous donations over the years. Your gifts help us to support our programs, students and faculty in a variety of ways. Gifts of any size are most welcome and greatly appreciated.

Gifts from our alumni and friends have enabled us to enrich the education of our students in diverse ways. For example, we have helped our undergraduate students attend conferences and symposia around the country and participate in University of Delaware study abroad programs overseas. With these funds we are able to contribute to student-organized events and to make possible special learning opportunities for our students. These gifts have also helped us to recruit the best graduate students, send them to summer workshops and training programs in the United States and abroad and provide them with summer research stipends. We have used gifts from alumni and friends for faculty development as well - providing faculty members with funds for research assistance, field research and travel to national and international conferences. Finally, we rely upon gift funds to support the many lectures, colloquia and speaker series that we sponsor and co-sponsor with other units on campus.
