Two construction firms were used in the renovation of Bayard Sharp Hall.
Ventresca Brothers of New Castle, Del., supervised the site work, stabilizing the
walls, adding a new roof and new stucco and installing new mechanical and
electrical systems. DiSabatino Construction Co. of Wilmington, Del., was
responsible for the interior work, ‹including new hardwood floors, plaster,
painting, light fixtures and re-installation of the building's original stained
glass windows.
