Fredericksburg is located just off I-95 about 50 miles north of Richmond and 50 miles south of Washington, D.C. -- Take Exit 130A off of I-95; prodeed east on Rt. 3 for approximately 1 mile; take Rt. 1 north and proceed to College Avenue, about 1 mile; turn right onto College Avenue and make the second left (less than 0.25 miles) into the parking lot at the Jepson Science Center. Parking spaces have been reserved for AAPT participants. Additional parking along College Avenue is available.
Amtrak also has a station in Fredericksburg.
