Directions to Randolph-Macon College

Arrival by Car

Interstate 95, the major north-south highway on the Atlantic Coast, passes within one mile of the campus. To reach the campus from I-95, take exit 92 at the Ashland interchange and drive west on Rte. 54. Cross U.S. Rte. 1 and continue west on Rte. 54. Immediately before the railroad tracks, turn right onto Center Street and follow the signs to the Admissions Office. Turning right onto Henry Street (across from the Post Office) will deliver you onto the main section of campus after travelling two blocks. The building just south of the fountain is the administration building.

Arrival by Airplane

The Richmond International Airport is within a 30-minute drive of the Randolph-Macon campus. Limousine and taxi services from the airport to the campus are available at competitive rates. When driving from the airport, turn right from the airport onto Airport Road, then proceed north to the junction with Interstate 295. Take 295 west until it meets Interstate 95, then proceed north to exit 92. Follow directions above.

Arrival by Train

The Richmond-Ashland area is served by Amtrak. Amtrak stops at the Ashland station several times daily. There is also an Amtrak station located in north Richmond, about 20 minutes from campus, with taxi service available to Randolph-Macon.
