The October 11, 2006 minutes were approved as written.

Constituent Concerns
Ms. Hadden raised concern over the cost to miscellaneous wage employees of campus parking and asked if there was a way to ease this expense for them. It was noted that the employing department could either validate parking or make the employee part-time.
Several comments involved meeting dates and representative lists. Mr. Holland informed the group that these can be found on-line at http://www.udel.edu/pac-ssac/schedule.html and http://www.udel.edu/pac-ssac/SAC/reps-SSAC.html. Notice of new employee constituents is forwarded to the appropriate representatives.
It was agreed to invite president-elect Patrick Harker to a meeting prior to his assuming office on July 1, 2007.
Committee Reports/Matters
The election of a candidate to fill the member vacancy on the Salaried Staff Grievance Advisory Board will occur at the February 7 meeting. Anyone interested in serving should send their biography to Mr. Elfers (elfers@udel.edu). Information on the grievance process can be found at http://www.udel.edu/ExecVP/polprod/4-91.htm.
Announcements
Dr. Colm reminded the group of the PAC/SSAC Holiday Luncheon on December 12.
