Congratulations on your admission to the University of Delaware. We are sure you have many questions about the United States and particularly about the University of Delaware and your anticipated program of study. Many of these will be best answered when you arrive on campus; however, basic information regarding travel, housing, orientation, and so forth will be found on this website. PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY!
If you are not a U.S. Citizen, a U.S. Permanent Resident, or hold a visa status that allows you to study in the U.S., then OISS will issue you an I-20 Form for an F-1 Visa, or a DS-2019 Form for a J-1 Visa.If you have not already received your visa authorization form (I-20 or DS-2019), contact us immediately.
**Please be advised: Eligibility Certificates (I-20/DS-2019) will only be issued to students who have accepted the offer of admission, and who have provided sufficient funding.
- To accept your offer of admission, log into your graduate application and follow the instructions in your Online Response Form. A link to this form has been provided inside the letter of acceptance posted to your Applicant Status page. For more information, contact graduate admissions.
- To submit your financial documents, complete the CFI form and submit it with your bank statement to OISS here. Please include your name and ID number in the subject line.
