Congratulations on your acceptance to ELI! On behalf of the staff of the Office for International Students and Scholars (OISS), let us welcome you to the University of Delaware. UD deeply values your presence on campus and your future contribution to the campus community. OISS provides a variety of services to assist you in being a successful international student. Please review the information on these pages to prepare for your trip to the US.

If you are not a U.S. Citizen, a U.S. Permanent Resident, or hold a visa status that allows you to study in the U.S., then OISS will issue you an I-20 Form for an F-1 Visa, or a DS-2019 Form for a J-1 Visa. If you have not already received your visa authorization form (I-20 or DS-2019), please contact ELI immediately.
