The University of Delaware's Office of Foreign Scholars currently offers three Visa programs:
- F1 Student visa
- H1-B Employment visa
- J1 Exchange Visitor visa (for specially funded students, short-term scholars, professors and specialists)
Once you have been accepted to study at the University or asked to participate in a University program, the OFSS office will send you an official invitation letter and the appropriate visa forms. F1 visa candidates will receive the I-20ID form, and J1 visa candidates will receive the DS-2019 form.
You cannot apply for a U.S. visa while in the U.S.. You can only apply from outside the U.S.
