Project Teams

Bradley manages operations of the Technology Transfer Center and assists UD researchers with legal issues relating to inventions, patents, copyrights and trademarks.

Denise manages the filing of patent applications and related activities associated with the Technology Transfer Center.

Joy works with UD researchers to evaluate the University's intellectual property assets and formulates strategies relating to commercialization.

Clinton Tymes is the State Director of the Delaware Small Business Development Center Network, headquartered at the University of Delaware. He is responsible for long-range planning and program development for the statewide network.

Barbara's entrepreneurial background includes owning and operating mail order and catering businesses. She assists setting up and financing small businesses.

John acts as a project manager for the Technology Transfer Center. He is also the New Castle County Director and Business Analyst for the SBTDC.

Bob acts as a project manager for the Technology Transfer Center and as a Business Analyst for the SBTDC.

Gary acts as a project manager for the Technology Transfer Center and as a Business Analyst for the SBTDC.

Wendy acts as a project manager for the Technology Transfer Center and as a Business Analyst for the SBTDC.

Dr. David S. Weir holds a doctorate in chemical physics and lectured at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland before a 35-year career with DuPont. He is a former vice president for global research and development at DuPont and the founding director of the Delaware Biotechnology Institute.

Cyndi is responsible for establishing and managing the Office's relations and communication network to ensure successful internal and external partnerships and collaborations with an emphasis on programs to encourage and enable innovation and entrepreneurship.

Amalea is responsible for all financial and budgetary matters within OEIP, the Tech Transfer Center and SBTDC.
