Field Placement Checklist |
| |
This is a list of everything you need to do to make sure you are placed as quickly as possible. To ensure that you receive placement information as soon as possible you must provide accurate schedule and transportation information by the first week of classes. If your schedule changes during the semester you must update the online information. |

NOTE: You will be required to arrange transportation to your placement. More information is listed on the field placement page for your specific semester. |

Before the semester begins you MUST: |

Make sure your TB information is up to date |
| |
|

- You cannot be placed until this is done |
|
|
|
Review and be familiar with the Dispositions Policy |
| |

During the semester, remember to: |
| |

Wear a valid ID Badge at all times during a visit |
| |
|
 |
Print out a logsheet. Make sure to have it signed when you visit. |
