NOTE - As of 10/20/2008 it is no longer necessary to send in a completed Honorarium Form. Cooperating Teachers will now see a new screen when they log in for the first time each semester they have a student teacher. That screen will ask them to update personal information. This replaces the Honoarium Form. Once completed teachers will not see that screen again however, they will always have the opportunity to update information.
