OCM is working with IT/User Services to build a comprehensive range of assistance to the department or unit who needs help implementing the templates and recommendations. We are building a a framework to respond to a dynamic environment with various levels of experience.

• IT/User Services are refreshing the “ Idea Center” as well as building upon the thorough documentation created for the header and footer systems.
• OCM will continue to offer updates and new header/footer systems through (http://www.udel.edu/modules). With IT Client Support & Services we will provide thoroughly tested elements with the greatest possible flexibility.
