The University of Delaware College of Education and Public Policy will hold its first College Expo on Wednesday, Nov. 18, providing undergraduate students, prospective graduate students and members of the community an opportunity to see the types of degrees the college has to offer in one location.
The College Expo will take place from 1:30-4:30 p.m. in the Rodney Room of the Perkins Student Center on Academy Street, on UD's Newark campus. It will showcase 13 undergraduate majors and minors and more than 25 graduate programs available to students. It will also feature the college's research centers and institutes and some of the newest areas of study recently added to the college.
Some of the expo highlights include the college's 4 + 1 programs, which allows students to earn a bachelor's and a master's degree in just five years. It is available in the areas of public administration, human development and family studies, and teaching English as a second language.
The expo will also feature new degree programs in areas like, disaster science and management, fashion studies, public policy, or community and organizational leadership.
