The Office of Communications & Marketing serves as the liaison between the University of Delaware, the news media and the public.

Reporters can reach a member of the UD Media Relations team at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling (302) 831-NEWS.

The Office of Communications & Marketing works with local, national and international media to tell the University’s stories and connect journalists with University experts.  It disseminates news releases to members of the media, organizes press conferences and responds to media inquires. 

The office also produces the University of Delaware Messenger, a magazine published three times each year for alumni, parents and friends; and UDaily, an online news service with more than 30,000 subscribers.
