Family Members of Graduate Students

The NMHC offers comprehensive healthcare services to the adolescent and adult family members of UD graduate students. The healthcare provided can be short-term illness management or on-going care for chronic illness (e.g. asthma). We are often able to coordinate care with the family's previous healthcare provider for on-going health issues such as high blood pressure and diabetes.

Billing and Insurance
The NMHC accepts the graduate-student accident and sickness insurance plan (Multiplan) and most other third-party medical insurance plans. NMHC will only bill the patient's primary medical insurance. The patient is responsible for any insurance co-pays. NMHC accepts personal checks, most major credit/debit cards, or cash.

Individuals using the Multiplan need to complete a Student Insurance Claim Form for each visit.

Payment options are available for individuals without healthcare insurance.
