Manage station's compliance with the FCC and the University's mandates, Manage budget and organize and implement annual fund-raising campaign, Including: designing and maintaining the database, Train and orient staff. Teach a course in Radio Programming and Production, Provide administrative support for The Review, the student newspaper, Ensure that student media organizations receive proper University support for programs and operation. Northeastern University, Boston, MA 1978 — 1985

Duties included supervising the operations of a non-commercial university radio station. Managed a part-time engineer and 75 student and community volunteers. Handled a major frequency change and facility upgrade in compliance with FCC regulations. Trained, evaluated and oriented staff, and managed the budgets and fund-raising campaigns.
