ADVANCED NONPROFIT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE COURSE
Performance Measurement and Outcomes Evaluation
This course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to assess your programs current evaluation activities and create a strategy for expanding your own capacity and effectiveness. Now, as never before, nonprofit organizations operate in an environment of tight resources and even tighter accountability. Your ability to examine how well your program is performing is becoming more critical with each fiscal year. Your need to insure continued community, political and financial support is paramount to your success.
With this course you will:
- More fully understand and respond to the accountability pressures using assessment strategies that work
- Understand the terminology, definitions and models for performance evaluation and outcome evaluation as they relate to data planning and collection and incorporating outcomes into management systems.

Methodology:
Classes will be lecture/discussion and highly interactive, providing a forum to apply what is learned to the real world.
Focus of Course:
The content will explore terminology, definitions and models for performance evaluation, data planning and collection and incorporating outcomes into management systems.

Five years nonprofit management experience or graduate of the University of Delaware Nonprofit Management Certificate Course
