As many already know, Sakai is replacing WebCT as the University's centrally-supported learning management system. WebCT support from the vendor, Blackboard, will be discontinued in October.
Starting this summer, faculty who want to create new courses will be directed to Sakai@UD. For information on using this system including handouts and frequently asked questions, faculty can visit the Sakai@UD Support and Training site. Various forms of assistance are available including online documentation, seminars and individual consultation.
Faculty can still submit requests if they plan to teach this summer using WebCT courses that are copied from previous semesters.
Updates on MyCourses are performed each day from approximately 5:30-7:00am. Access to the server is unavailable for about 45 minutes during that time. Please plan accordingly.
