Oversee all operations relating to the Academic areas of Winterthur, including the two graduate programs, Research fellowship program, as well as the Registrar’s office. Faculty Member, Winterthur Program in Early American Culture (WPEAC).

Oversee all areas of the visitor experience at Winterthur. Areas of responsibility include: Visitor Services; Research and Interpretation; School and Family Services; Adult Continuing Education; Changing Exhibition program; Major and Corporate Events. Manage 140 full- and part-time employees with 6 direct reports. Prepare and oversee $4.1 million budget. Responsible for the generation of $2.7 million in operating revenue per year. Lead divisional Strategic Planning initiative. Conduct cost/benefit analyses of all major programs. Report regularly to Board of Trustees on attendance, revenue, and programming initiatives. Member of Board/Staff Financial Planning task force.
