Edward Alexander Endowment

Edward Alexander

Following Edward Alexander's death in 2003, members of his family decided to commemorate his contributions to the museum field, and his love of the University of Delaware, with the creation of the Edward P. Alexander Endowment. The income from this endowment is intended to support internships and related professional development opportunities for students completing the Museum Studies Certificate.

With the assistance of the College of Arts and Sciences, the Museum Studies Program is planning a fundraising campaign so that the endowment can support more students as Edward P. Alexander Interns. If you are interested in giving, please visit the University of Delaware Giving site, and please specify that your gift is for the Museum Studies Program.
