Museum Studies Alumni- Class of 2013
Originally from Rock Hill, South Carolina, Lee did her undergraduate work at the College of Charleston in history with minors in African studies and French. She completed a masters in public history at Appalachian State University, and a masters in History with a certificate in museum studies at the University of Delaware.
Lee interned at the National Museum in Bloemfontein, South Africa, and also worked on an oral history project in the Batho Community with a professor from the University of the Free State. While at UD, she also served as the Graduate Assistant for the History Media Center, where she served as a project manager for digital humanities projects.
Immediately after graduating from UD, Lee took a summer position with Night Kitchen Interactive, in Philadelphia, to work on the US Postal Museum Project. She is now with the Penn Museum, in the role of digital developer.
