LIONEL LOFTON

LIONEL LOFTON (b. 1954) is best known for his abstract paintings, prints, and mixed media works. He studied at Texas Southern University under adviser John Biggers, and at the University of Houston, Clear Lake. Lofton's work has been exhibited at the San Antonio Museum of Art, the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago, and the Museum of African Life and Culture, Dallas.
