Atget to Zorn: The University Collects

Atget to Zorn: the University Collects comprises over 60 works from the collection of the University Museums at the University of Delaware.  Featuring works on paper, sculpture, and photography, the exhibition traces key aesthetic developments in art from 1855 to the present while recognizing the rich and varied history of collecting at the University.  International in scope, it represents significant art movements including Realism, Impressionism, Cubism, Abstract Expressionism and Post Modernism.  Among the artists on view are Eugène Atget, Mary Cassatt, Jean Baptiste Camille Corot, Paul Klee, Käthe Kollwitz, Lee Krasner Thomas Moran, Pablo Picasso, Diego Rivera, Ed Ruscha William Zorach, Anders Zorn.
