2008 Delaware CMP2
Summer Conference
for
MIDDLE SCHOOL MATHEMATICS TEACHERS
(Sponsored by the University of Delaware, Delaware CMP School Districts and Pearson)
and featuring
Jim Fey, Connected Mathematics author, and
Jim Mamer, CMP Teacher and Instructional Coach
WHO: All teachers of Connected Mathematics, including those who teach students with special needs.
What: Professional Development in Connected Mathematics. Each session includes aspects of getting to know CMP2. Veteran and novice sessions examine grade level units in depth, with special attention devoted to differentiating activities, adapting activities to exceptional children, building classroom culture and integrating technology.
When: Tuesday August 5 through Thursday August 7
8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day

Cost: Delaware Teachers: $150.00
Out-of-State Teachers: $300.00
