Task Force Charge

This task force will examine the full range of library services, access, and utilization. Acquisition strategies and collaboration with faculty on academic support issues will be examined, as will physical facilities, staffing, and resource sharing agreements. Specific attention will be focused on the following issues:

  • What has been the impact of technology on library services, both to the University Community and to the state/region? What support services have been identified and implemented to facilitate more extensive use of library technological services, both for University users and external users?

  •  
  • How has technology impacted library access and utilization across the University and across the state? How has technological access impacted more traditional uses of library services and materials?
