Research Interests

My research interests is Immunology and Infectious Disease.  Currently my laboratory is investigating the protective mechanism required to survive a pneumoic plague infection.  Using  an attenuated Yersinia pestis our goal is to understand the underlying mechanisms of a protective immune response directed against Y. pestis in order to produce a more efficacious vaccine.
