The most likely diagnosis for this patient is post-hepatic
jaundice. This is probably due to a bile duct obstruction as the
patient has gallstones. With a bile duct obstruction, the bilirubin
in the liver cannot get into the small intestines and, therefore, gets
into the general circulation and is excreted in the urine. This would
account for the yellow color present in the patient's skin and eyes.
The patient's high cholesterol could explain the gallstones, as cholesterol
stones can form when bile contains too much cholesterol.
