Sweet, Pink Urine

A 5 yr old boy fell off the monkey bars and landed on his right arm. He suffered from a compound fracture in his lower right arm. The young boy has not eaten and been very lethargic for two days after surgery. The lab took a routine urine sample that gave off a sweet odor.
