A 28 year-old woman visits the doctor complaining of flank pain and fever.  Questioning reveals she is also experiencing dysuria and nocturia.  A routine urinalysis reveals the following physical and chemical results.

Clarity: 1+ pH: 8.5
Glucose: negative Protein: 30 mg/dL
Bilirubin: negative Urobilinogen: normal
Ketones: negative Nitrite: positive
Specific gravity: 1.010 Leukocyte esterase: moderate
