Scenario

    A 20 year old male had four wisdom teeth removed. After the surgery, he developed an abscess and was administered phenoxymethylpenicillin. The infection diminished but he developed a fever and a mild skin rash after 2 weeks of taking the antibiotic. His doctor ordered a urinalysis which came back with the following results:
