Case Study # 1: Women with Muscle Trauma and Mystery Infection

A 40 year old women is on the way to her doctor's office because of a suspected Urinary Tract Infection. At a stop light her car is hit head on and badly damaged. The women was trapped in her car for almost an hour before firefighters could free her. Paramedics at the scene noted a severe muscle crush injury.
