The possible diagnosis is coronary artery disease (CAD) as indicated by
high levels of protein (microalbuminaria), white blood cells, red blood
cells as well as cholestrol in the urine. In
coronary artery disease, plaque, made up of fat, cholesterol, calcium,
and other substances found in the blood, builds up inside the coronary
arteries. These arteries supply the heart muscle with oxygen-rich
blood. Plaque narrows the arteries and reduces blood flow to the heart
muscle. When the coronary arteries are narrowed or blocked, oxygen-rich blood can't
reach the heart muscle, resulting in angina or chest pain.
